Rise & Resonanz Sound Journey's

What began as a shared vision between a DJ and Aura-Soma practitioner, a yoga teacher, and myself a newly qualified sound alchemist, coming together to create spaces where people can explore self-healing in a supported and inspiring environment developed into new sound offers and a webpage.

The first event ❤️ Root Chakra – “Aufblühen”
Was held at the Hara Institute in Vienna and focused on grounding, stability, and awakening after winter
shaking off heaviness to bloom like a spring flower.

We then moved into deeper emotional and sensual exploration:

🧡 Sacral Chakra – “Lust in Dir”
Set in a private location in the Wachau, overlooking the hills of Lower Austria.

This was a full immersive experience including: Overnight stay, Shared meals & cacao, Tantric yoga for connection & self-love, Space dance meditation in nature, Sound journey in the forest, Agnihotra (Indian fire ritual), “Paint Yourself Happy” creative workshop. 

It was a powerful expansion into feeling, expression, and connection.

From there, we stepped into personal power:

💛 Solar Plexus Chakra – “Lichtbad”
This event focused on inner strength, self-expression, and activating our personal energy.

It was here that I began to develop my own deeper offerings - creating a special activation version of ‘Bright Light’, leading my first guided meditation, and introducing chakra toning as a group experience.

This moment became a turning point for the work I now offer today. My private offerings continue with new sessions including a parent & child co-regulation and connection session. 

I learnt to sing in Spanish and chose a different song for each session, its such a beautiful language to sing in and I even composed an original song to be recorded in the studio at some point in the future. 

I built a webpage which is still undergoing further construction, as soon as its ready to go live I will write another blog with the links for the Rise & Resonanz page. 

I am thankful for the the opportunity to work as a collective to support people in their own healing journeys and I look forward to working with more people from this year onwards.
