In my new Rise & Resonanz sound sessions, I bring together grounding tones, meditative storytelling, and intuitive vocals. Each layer of the session is tailored and specifically designed to take clients inward while lifting their energy & raising their vibrations.

I begin with the Schumann frequency and 174Hz grounding vibes from the SynthHealy, followed by a 7-minute Sonic Entrainment chakra cleanse. I read a adapted guided meditations and state positive affirmations with chakra toning.

Then come the live healing sounds: Bowls, bells, percussion instruments, vocals, medicine songs, and improvised soul singing. Letting go fully, I open to channel whatever comes. I don’t always know what I sing, only that it comes from deep within & I receive what's meant to be heard.
