I’ve been teaching the children at an alternative private school English through Singing and (Spielerisch) playful activities for a while.

 And now they are also learning about frequencies & sound healing.

Last week was the first session where I set the SynthHealy in the classroom to the 432Hz frequency to aid concentration and promote peaceful interactions. 

As we learnt the names of body parts, limbs, extremities and some of the internal organs, the waves were flowing around the school. 

Then we used small cherry stone-filled bags to add weight to embodiment techniques and practiced by naming the parts as we placed the bags on each limb or body part. 

I love teaching with embodied learning.

 I get such positive results in all of my lessons and workshops & it supports memory retention.

Afterwards, we discussed what the generator does & how everyone felt about using it.

Some of the children said that they noticed a difference and would like us to use it again next time. They also enjoyed testing the sound bowls and the tuning fork themselves.
